      18th Annual Safer Foundation CARRE Policy Conference

      For 17 straight years, Safer Foundation has brought together thought leaders from the public, for-profit and not-for-profit sectors to tackle the most pressing issues facing people with records. The theme of this year’s conference is It's All Connected: Developing a Holistic Approach to Reentry. We know that whether it be the need for gainful employment or safe and stable housing, access to healthcare or systemic reforms of our justice system, all of us are working to address the many needs of justice involved people in Chicago, Cook County and the State of Illinois. At this year’s conference, we will celebrate the accomplishments of champions for people with records, like yourself. There will be four panel discussions covering topics such as access to housing, economic justice and opportunity, access to health services, and justice system reform. 2019 Conference Agenda Breakfast & lunch will be provided.
